Complimentary analytics pilot
Have an Olink dataset?
Explore what your proteomics data can reveal about biological aging.
Apply for the pilotTeal is selecting up to three research teams to analyze an existing Olink dataset using our organ- and cell-specific aging models and advanced analytics.
Who it's for.
Researchers or teams with proteomic data already in hand and a question worth answering.
An existing Olink dataset
Existing Olink proteomics data from a completed or ongoing study. Organ- and cell-specific aging models require plasma data generated using Olink Explore or Explore HT.
A focused scientific question
One well-defined question that a proteomic readout could plausibly answer.
An interest in biological aging
Aging biology, disease mechanisms, biomarkers, or related proteomic insight.
What Teal can explore.
- AOrgan-specific aging patterns
- BCell-specific aging signatures
- CDisease-associated proteomic signals
- DCross-cohort or UKB-informed analysis
- EProteogenomic and clinical associations, where relevant
Organ-specific aging patterns and cell-specific aging signatures are available for plasma datasets generated using Olink Explore or Explore HT. Other analyses may still be possible for datasets that do not meet these requirements, depending on suitability.
What the pilot includes.
Each pilot focuses on a defined subset of an existing dataset and one focused scientific question. Teal conducts the analysis and reviews the findings with the selected team.
A defined subset of your existing dataset, focused on one clear scientific question.
Teal runs the analysis using organ- and cell-specific aging models, adding cross-cohort context where the data supports it.
Findings are reviewed together with the selected team, including interpretation and practical next-step recommendations.
Teal will select up to three projects based on scientific fit, dataset suitability, and the potential for meaningful analysis.
